Take the next step in your career by joining our team as a Full-Time Construction Plumbing Superintendent, leading plumbing operations for a major ambulatory care center and dental clinic project. This role will join our Field Operations team in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba in summer 2026.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000-$160,000 and an extensive overseas benefits package, including company-provided housing for you and your dependents, a company vehicle, paid utilities, and employer-funded quarterly travel back home. Additional benefits include eligibility for foreign income tax exclusion, medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life insurance, health savings account, and paid time off. Candidates must be willing to travel to Guantanamo Bay and hold a valid passport.
In this role, you will lead plumbing construction efforts supporting facilities that serve U.S. military personnel. You'll bring strong leadership and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. By promoting teamwork, accountability, and precision, you will play a key role in delivering successful outcomes from project start through completion.
Position Overview - Plumbing Superintendent:
As a Plumbing Superintendent with RQ Construction, LLC, you will oversee all plumbing and mechanical construction activities on-site. This includes directing field crews and subcontractors, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality requirements. Your leadership will help reinforce a culture centered on performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
