We are seeking an experienced Traveling Construction Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects throughout the Inland Empire (Riverside and San Bernardino counties) and greater Southern California Regions. This is an opportunity to join a growing, employee-owned company (ESOP) where you'll manage ground-up and tenant improvement projects while working alongside experienced Project Managers and field teams.
This role is based in Southern California projects, with structured travel and full support including vehicle allowance and gas card.
Job Summary
The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead subcontractors, manage schedules, and serve as the key point of contact on-site.
While our corporate office is based in Scottsdale, AZ, this role is focused on Southern California projects, primarily within the Inland Empire.
